On an average day, just going about your business, how many attractive girls do you see?
I'm just curious as how my city and situation stacks up.

I'll be lucky to see one in the suburb I live in, on a good day in the city I might see 2 or 3.

In the city I'm moving to, I'll at least see 3 and on a good day maybe 10.

This is at places like groceries stores, the mall, and the streets.

I tend to beat myself up for not approaching girls as much as I should, but I've been working with bones here haha

What's your definition of attractive?

I'm assuming just eye candy, not based on approaches.

I live and work in Los Angeles, and the area that I work sees a lot of women coming through. I work at a restaurant where the patron demographic is largely 20-something year olds, skewed in favor of Asians (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Mongolian, Filipino)... so a bit of an outlier since my job kind of attracts women... so I see them on a regular basis. Some nights I'll see 10-20 very beautiful women stroll in, especially on the weekends.

Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Culver City, Glendale, Venice... there are so many counties/suburbs/areas part of and around Los Angeles that just have beautiful women swarming at any particular time and day... it's easy to find attractive women almost anywhere.

Yeah, uhh I live in the downtown of a city of 4 million ppl, it's also a college city so if I walk down the main street in rush hour I will see hundreds of people in my field of view at any given time, of which about 10% would be hot. If it's not rush hour and I'm walking around I would probably see someone approach-worthy every few minutes, although lately I've been home a lot studying so I suppose I don't see as many hot women because of that.

I've been having trouble practicing cold approach simply because there aren't so many attractive girls I can approach with serious intent to seduce. I do cold approach other girls and people, but its a little different when you're not sexually interested.

This thread's meant to compare my situation with others, and see if anyone else is dealing with low numbers and succeeding, and how high numbers can effect your ability to seriously practice. I hear of people doing 30+ approaches a day and I'm thinking, "where da fuq are they!?"

So defined as: Attractive girls that are possible to approach (so work doesn't really count, since you can't approach them all without a little trouble from management.)

and to clarify a little more, attractive as in girls who at least get you a little excited to be a man, not just "bangable" You could say 6-7's and above. Simply because this is the type of girl I rarely saw, but see more of in my new city.

PS part of my issue is definitely having too high of standards, but like I said, many more girls meet my standards in my new city.

Just swimming in it huh? ;}

What did you think of Japan? When I went there, I was floored by the number of attractive Japanese girls and saw tons of stunners. I guess you're bound to see a lot of attractive people of a certain nationality in a huge city in their own country. No doubt their exotic factor played into it too.

Yeah, I think moving is definitely the right approach if you're in a small town. Remember to pay attention to logistics, where I was living before was 30min from the downtown by car, I was across the street from a major shopping centre but regrettably never pulled home from there, I did manage some instant dates. I did better pulling home from the downtown, although this was also pretty challenging. Since moving here, results have improved markedly, although I actually wish I had even better logistics than I currently do, since a lot can go wrong in the 2.5 city blocks I have to walk from the centre. There's a doorway halfway home that I like to use for a pitstop, have kissed quite a few girls in it, haha.

It's difficult to compare Melbourne with Osaka, I think overall the opportunities for game are about the same, although they are certainly different. Luckily Melbourne is a college city as I mentioned, so I have absolutely unlimited Asian pussy available, there is no need to go to Japan for that. I tend to meet occasional Japanese in Melbourne but mainly Chinese, Korean, Thai, ... many are stunners and they usually take great care of their appearance. The "cute" look is popular although not as popular as it is among Japanese. Often they wear things like short skirts, pantyhose, heels, and often have nice makeup, and I'm down for all that. Other Asian student girls just wear no makeup and casual jeans or whatever and still look fine. Anyway, I love game in Osaka for many reasons, partly that Japanese girls are so fashionable and beautifully presented in general, plus being genuinely nice, a little shy sometimes but usually fine... hardly ever shit test, however they do not forgive poor game, usually stone cold ignoring, so you have to hit your windows and hit hard.

What concerns me with approaching Aussie girls is their generally entitled mentality, Asian girls don't have it as much. I just have the feeling Aussie girls are a bit lazier in areas like fashion or conversation, generally expect to put in less work and get more from you in return. Whereas an Asian girl will work hard on her fashion and will typically be a great conversationalist, working to please you, and even then, be surprised and grateful for your attention and compliments.

J Wick,

You'd also be "swimming" in attractive women in San Diego. And that really goes for just about every part of it as well, although you can certainly move to different parts to narrow down your demographics (i.e. lots of Asian women near University of California, San Diego; lots of white girls near San Diego State University; lots of hispanic girls near the border to Mexico in Chula Vista).

In reality, big cities just give you thousands upon thousands more women to work with, so even if the percentage doesn't change (i.e. 10% of women you would approach), the amount of total women changes (i.e. 10% of women might be 50 women a day instead of 5 women a day).

If you feel like your area isn't cutting it, it would behoove you to take a few vacations to bigger cities and see what else is available out there. =)

Hi Franco, compared to elsewhere, how are the white girls like in San Diego? I am tired of the ones in Missouri!

Make sure to PM Anatman. He just moved to San Diego from Missouri in June. He can certainly make the comparison better than I can. ;)

J wick,

My situation is slightly similar to yours, and I would definitely recommend trying out different cities before you decide which one suits you better. I lived for a couple of months in a big city to try out the city lifestyle, and the qualities of the girls I see in my college town can't even compare to what I see there. It will affect your abundance a little, and it just seems pretty standard for people to look good in big cities too. The really attractive girls you see in small town is pretty much everywhere in big cities with at least 1-2 million people. Internationally, you get a better mix too. And even if you miss a couple of opportunities to talk to girls, another chance is literally just a few feet away LOL.

Oh, I miss the west coast. You know what they say, peace to the east, but the west is best.

I do have to take another run at Cali, especially San Diego since you seem to really enjoy the city. I was only there for a Sunday. I was basically tied to the house of blues on 6th street. It was dead. But Whenever I'm in Cali, I end up meeting gorgeous and interesting women.

Uh, yah. When I see a cute girl around here, I feel under pressure because its a rare occurrence.

In my dreams, I'm in a city with architecture, culture and history. Everyone walks everywhere and takes the trains to work. The girls are feminine, stylish and the coffee shops are abundant. Sounds like Central/Eastern Europe to me, but I have a lot of traveling and research to do ;}

Anywhere in Europe will do you, but honestly Eastern Europe can be a little seedy, if that's your thing then fine, but the former Communist countries do not have as much of a coffee culture, and the architecture... well, some survive from pre-Communist times (in Russia especially, although I have not been there), but the standard Communist architecture is a grey concrete shoebox. You may be okay if you live in the centre. I would also be wary of Italy for the same reason, years of economic mismanagement has led to it being pretty grimy, broken and rundown (main station in Rome was not too impressive and neither were the trains), but again, the architecture is very beautiful in the older areas.

So what I would suggest to you is France, maybe Paris or maybe a provincial city such as Nantes, I found this to be quite beautiful -- the streets are cobbled and the typical housing style is a 3-5 storey apartment building taking half a city block, with lots of architectural detail. My friend who is German took me around Nantes explaining the approximate age of each building and identifying the style, very interesting. There are also lots of beautiful old churches.

One drawback of France is English isn't normally spoken, so I would suggest perhaps Amsterdam where everyone except recent immigrants speak English. OTOH the Dutch culture is not as exotic because it's basically pretty close to English/American, but they do do a good coffee. The girls are fashionable but perhaps on the lazier side, like in Aussie.

Here in Aussie we have everything you mentioned except the architecture, Melbourne is only 150 years old, although we do have some great 100~150 year old buildings with interesting mouldings and architectural features, for instance the original owner of the building is often moulded into the facade "Horse bros. feedmerchants 1880" or similar.

Yeah, I've heard that. I've got a little romanticism going on in my head, so some travel will definitely do me well. But Budapest, Moscow, Belgrade, Bucharest, Vilnius, and Transylvania are some places I've been very interested in visiting for a long time.

A little less Eastern, I'm looking at Helsinki, Stockholm, Zurich Prague and lots of Germany.

I mind as well do a crash course of the whole continent. Because I want to hit up Italy, France... (read everywhere.)

My main squeeze is walk-ability. Tokyo blew my mind in that regard. I might be spoiled now. I imagine I'll do a sweep to see what's out there and then stay a little longer in the coolest cities.

I am pretty interested in learning languages. This might actually be a plus.

Haha the reason I like the coffee shop culture is I imagine it lends itself to a walkable city. But I do enjoy a good cup.

Sounds like you've done quite a bit of traveling so I'm going to consider France a bit more.

Scandinavia also an option, I haven't been there but I recommend a book called "The Almost Nearly Perfect People: The Truth About the Nordic Miracle" by Michael Booth. Anyway, in Netherlands cafe au lait is called "koffie verkeerd", literally "coffee wrong", haha but it's still yummy. They also have this thing called "koffiemelk" which is condensed milk, makes your coffee so creamy... I am putting on weight just thinking about it. You can grab yourself a rosy-cheeked, milk-fed Dutch maiden... hehe, I dunno if the approaching is good in Amsterdam as I didn't have GC, but I would imagine it is, Dutch are extremely open minded.
