I noted,
Marriage is nothing more than a social institution. Coupled with that is women see it as a form of "stability". Women's value go down and Men's value go up. It's a lose situation for man and a total win solution for women. Other than that, I find it hard to see a man striving unless a women is just as ambitious as he is. Most women aren't, so it makes her want to "stabilize" you more, if that's the correct word.
Ultimately, i see why Chase, avoids long term relationships as much as possible and tries to prepare for it if society and his emotions gets the better of him. Because marriage means end of process, and we will be moving backwards.
Not exactly that it ends because you can still talk to other girls but it ends, literally as in you not be as progressive and you be fighting petty things even from your wife, too.
