How to answer the "are you sleeping with any other girls" question

One thing I'm not sure of is how to answer a girl when she asks you if you're sleeping with any other girls. How do you answer it?

You could either flirtatiously say something like "Are you sizing me up for a relationship?" Or "Isn't it a bit too early to be asking such silly things?" with a sly smile.
