I would like to see what everyone’s thoughts and feelings are in handling this classic scenario. When I say “generic” I mean two girls in an area that’s not too wild, talking to each other like normal people in a nightlife or social venue. Should you approach just your target? Adress the two as a whole?
I don’t care so much about isolation, handling logistics or pulling-possibilities, since these can be covered by a Day2. I’m more interested to see how one hooks the target in a two set. But if anyone has thoughts on how these play in a two set than don’t hesitate in sharing your views.
My usual approach is “Hey, what’s up. You guys look pretty cool. How are you doing tonight?” Then i ask how they know each other and what brings them out.
I find that transitioning to just talking to the target is very difficult since it leaves the other girl out. I feel that with two sets it’s as if you have to treat them like one whole girl. With dance floor two-sets I find that just approaching the target is very feasible and transitioning to just you and her interacting via conversation or dance happens more smoothly, though there’s still a chance of the other girl getting left out.
