How to communicate that this isnt going the be a relationship?

Hey guys, I know I have this vibe that says im boyfriend material. I kinda want to get rid of it since im not looking for a LTR.
I have been working on my overall game and style quite frequently but im still stuck at some point. During the last 2 years i had
several dates which didnt lead to sex (some did); instead they lead to more dates (which is not exactly a bad thing since im getter better overall).
Right now for example i had 2 dates with a girl but i certainly dont want a LTR. Now she is asking me out for a third date. But lets be honest:
She is most likely expecting this to lead to a relationship. Obviously this is my mistake for not communicating this in the right way.
I simply dont know how to do this.
So two questions:
1. How can i avoid this mistake in the future ? Making sure she knows whats going on and her not getting hurt in the process.
2. What should I do with my current date ? Text her something ... or any better advice ?

Show, don't tell. Make sex happen fast. Don't go on dates, or hangout without having sex. Don't text. Don't see her more than once a week. Etc.

As for this specific situation, as far as I'm concerned, there's no reason why you still can't do it. Then again, I've never had the problem of being viewed as BF material till after I've had sex with a girl so I don't know for sure. In any case, take a look at the article.
