How to deal with sexual frustration?

I don't have a really high sex drive, but sometimes jacking off isn't enough for me. I have to fap like at least twice a day, and even after I do so I still feel unsatisfied. I'm a beginner in pickup so I pretty much have no prospects right now. Sometimes I get jealous at girls and their ability to get sex whenever they want! Anyway, what are some methods I can use to deal with this?

this right here man^^^ since ive been on NoFap (33 days), ive had started cold approaching alot more. NoFap has benefits, imo it improves my confidence, makes me more social, and improved my moods. Theres also a debated topic, it supposedly helps you body produce pheromones haha I think it does sometimes, but not always.
