Women have an innate ability to handle men even when they are inexperienced. I assume you are interested in girls your age and younger which I believe are in high school. As long as you watch them and make sure they are comfortable you will not have to worry about them. I recommend as you are inexperienced that you do not push them past them saying no to sex at first. They will test you to see it you are alpha enough to be worthy of them but you need to learn when a no means no and when it is a test. Definite no's come with signs of fear, anxiety, crying, or strong verbal reaction.

Experienced women may guide an inexperienced guy along if she is really attracted to him but she will not babysit him. I would not expect such guidance unless you get really lucky to find an experienced woman who has the hots for you and is willing to lead.
With all that said just jump in and approach all the women you find attractive. You will be surprised by how many you think are inexperienced who are not.
