I'd like to make an approximate list of what you can do to provide value to people.

Giving them your attention, "deep diving" them, is one way. What else can you do in your opinion?

Give them a $100... ;p

Just give them the pleasure of your time. Make them happy without making yourself look retarded

Here's how I would break down what "PUA" curriculum refers to as "value":

1. Pre-selection – Proving that other women want you. This is the hardest one to fake and one of the most powerful ways to demonstrate value and build attraction.

2. Leader of men – Indicator of power and social intelligence. Provider of social proof and survival resources.

3. Protector of loved ones – Ability to protect her, her children, and those around you.

4. Ability and willingness to emote – Correct emotional filters are in place, so you respond (automatically, unconsciously) the right way to different emotional circumstances.

5. Belief in a greater cause – You are willing to devote to a greater cause in life, bigger than yourself.

6. Willingness to walk way – You WANT her, but you don’t NEED her.

Those six things are what I believe to be the top "attraction builders", however some other things that demonstrate value would be:

* wealth (perceived)
* family background
* body build
* sense of humor
* social intuitiveness and witty-ness
* ability to have fun and positive emotions (AKA vibe control)
* understanding how to redirect social pressure
* sense of style
* having strong personal values

Ways you can provide social value:

Make well-timed, amusing jokes
Tell engaging stories that people enjoy
Lead the group when it’s what the group wants and needs
Bring good emotions and positive energy to the group
If you ask for value, provide equal or superior value in return
Instead of tearing others down, build up their value and grant social status
Any time you can’t provide value, just stay quiet and wait until you can

I think it's a very important subject. Most of the times I see a guy getting rejected (or when I do) it means he didn't provide enough value.
