Last night I found myself in a rather interesting situation and I wasn't sure how to handle it. I went out to a nightclub last night and I had "sexy" girl come up to me (a few times) and give me rather strong compliments/ indicators of interest. Here's an example of a few things she said: "You have such beautiful hair, I love it", "It's very nice', "Don't ever cut it, it's really nice". She did this in a very "flirty" way. Also, she did touch my hair and grab it a few times. Now, this happened a few times throughout the night because I kept running into her at the club/bar.
However, we didn't converse much, after she would say these things. I would respond with something like "thanks, how's your night going" or "so you like guys with long hair"? She would answer these questions and then basically walk away with her friends. Didn't try to continue talking to me or anything. The way I looked at this situation was the girl was a "tease" and loves the attention. It was odd for a girl to compliment me so strongly and then walk away instead of trying to continue to pursue me or continue with things. It reminded me of the article Chase wrote about a "girl having a boyfriend". Chase mentioned when you know a girl is a tease and it's not worth it. Some of the things to look for is:
- she is leading the interaction
- she is being flirty
- she won't talk much about herself or let you get to know her.
However, with that being said.... I don't know if this girl actually had a boyfriend or not. My question here is... if she didn't have a boyfriend what could I have done differently, even though she was a tease. She was for sure interested and thought I was attractive/hot but I am not sure how to handle a situation like this in the future, especially without chasing? Should I just try to move super quick with her (e.g. grab her #, invite her somewhere) or kind of ignore a girl like this and look for something maybe more promising? Looking back at it, I think I could of grabbed he # easily but I don't think she would of moved anywhere with me if I had invited her.
