Have been reading and trying out the x factor by ricardus. Initially it was really good. However when i keep using the same thoughts to trigger behaviours like social confidence and playfulness, they become less and less powerful. I dont have many good social experiences so its hard for me to use recollections of new situations instead. So how can I reproduce attractive behaviours with not so original situations?
p.s. My usual thoughts involved me walking into one of the shop selling teddy bears. "Hey i just had to come to tell u that u are cuter than all of the bears in your shop". We then followed with an exciting banter

The best way to create any habit is to just try try try. Keep in mind that you are still learning how to react to certain situations and to not let each negative interaction get you down, it's all part of learning. It is one thing to theorize something in your head, but to make it a reality you have to actually try it out. If there I anything I've learned over the years, when interacting with people things will almost never go how you originally picture them in your head.

Hey Whizz thx for replying. Have been continuing to meditate and focus on my breath to relax myself especially after an unsuccessful approach. Hopefully i can let my mind experience the same old memories anew and fresh. Currently still having problems with being relaxed in conversation since im naturally a really tensed person, especially so when i try to force a playful front.
