The easiest way to put yourself as close to a "Silverback" self,
Okay, what is a "Silverback"? One who is deem an experienced lad and already successful in his endeavor.
Given an example, For an Asian like me, I serve my National Service right after my high school at 18. So basically went back to tertiary school after 2 years makes me mix with groups of students aged 17 to 20. I am basically the cohort oldest group. So what do you want to do here is to find a group, an interest group with an age group.
If it's 20 to 30, Join the group when you're 29 or 30. If the group is 18 to 25, make yourself 25. My school aged 17 to 25, and there's only a few handful of 20+ years old student. So being 21 at that time is an advantage for me.
So the group you joining varies with your age as you grow wiser(older). But with "Silverback" status, you need to be fun, and also laid back man because you are seen to somewhat do something interesting in the time everyone is supposed to be in school.
Try this out, It varies on culture and society.
