How to manage contacts, notes, and various statistics

Do you have a separate app for contacts related to dating? In a recent daygame session, I got a girl's phone number. When I gave her my phone to type in her number, she called herself and saw my calling history, which revealed other contact names from my daygame session because I call new numbers so that they're saved in my recent history. So, I need to think of something to avoid this happening in the future.

And what about statistics? Do you have an Excel spreadsheet that tracks how many approaches you did, how many numbers you got etc.?

A couple points:
1. It's extremely rare for a girl you just met to go through your phone like that, and it's a red flag anyway. She just filtered herself out.
2. It's healthier and better for your game in the long run if you avoid that kind of compartmentalization. All this "game" stuff should ultimately streamline into your day-to-day life and regular social circles.

This is what I did:
1) got a second phone.
2) put all women there, together with family/friends/social groups, so it won't get mixed together with work
(I had to clean my phone at least once a week because it had naked asses/titties, family pics and good morning gifs mixed with actual working photos, which was a pain in the ass to deal with).

The spreadsheet is nice bc you can formally gauge progress (which is hard to do without some numbers to compare).

Any time a girl has seen me get calls or texts, etc. it has worked in my favor, like preselection from her seeing a hickey or Chase's Victoria's secret bag trick in your apartment.

If you want to keep things separate for whatever reason though (work, family, etc.), there are a few options if you're on Android.

First go to Settings, then System, then Multiple users, and enable the feature.

Then you can have a completely separate environment like how a PC has different logged in users.

Another way is install the app Shelter, which can create a "work profile". This will create empty clones of apps like contacts, files, and gallery.

I think the newest Android has this built in so you don't need Shelter.

If you want to keep spreadsheets locked but don't want to use the separate locked user account, then you can try Cryptomator and make a vault either on local storage or better yet on a cloud service. It will be end to end encrypted.

Sometimes I will take notes on my phone after an approach though, like "Alice, videography student, met in _____, likes salsa dancing and spicy food". Good way not to get girls mixed up.

This does sound appealing, but I'm so used to tracking my stats this would make me feel uneasy, but I see the benefit in this

Also, for the OP, there are apps you can get that organize contacts by last added. For example, Kontact on iphone does this. This is useful if you get a bunch of numbers and forget which girl you added last, etc.

Thank you for the advice.
At the moment, I'm using the built-in contacts app in my Samsung Galaxy smartphone, which supports groups feature. When I get a new number, I assign it to the Daygame group, or the Online dating group. I can very easily find all the contacts from daygame or dating apps this way. I even add notes to each contact. For example: Met in a grocery shop. Working all the time, but said it's a secret. Has tongue piecing. Etc. This helps me to recall the details from the conversation. But I think it's not enough. I'm thinking of building a Notion database or an Excel spreadsheet where I can put extra information and see some statistics. It would be really nice to see how many approaches I've done in the past month, past year, how many numbers I've got etc.

1. I wouldn't call that going through my phone, but yeah it's a bit weird she called herself. And she was extremely hot, so it's too minor thing for me to drop her like that.
2. I see your point. For now, I treat this more like a hobby.

What advantage Google Voice offer you compared to a second phone number, considering that most phones now support two or more SIMs?
