How to meet many elite girls?

There is a lot of talk on here about pre-selection and using it to bait women, even women in strong rejection mode. The question here is:

Has anyone worked out any general habits/locations/activities to get in the position where you are meeting many very attractive women?

It can seem sometimes like they are all locked away in particular places that you dont hear about....

I can imagine suggestions being things like joining groups/classes related to the fashion/photography/modelling areas (like chase's suggestion of becoming a model scout). Also maybe going out during the day and going to shops/coffee shops in nice areas of the city? Any other ideas on how to meet really attractive women?

This seems so very central to everything we do here almost more so than all the technique - if you don't meet any top girls then all the game on the planet won't help!

I don't believe there is an ideal location where a bunch of hotties hang out.

The only way to meet the girls you desire is to simply meet as many women as you can, even ugly ones.
Because every girl has a hot girl friend that they know. Its about networking.

How are we defining elite?

Solely in terms of looks, or in terms of quality of character, professional life, etc?

If you want to meet extraordinarily beautiful women, that also depends on what you define as beautiful. Because you'll find them everywhere, depending on your interests.

It also depends on the city you live and the venues. Cafes and bookstores are solid. Universities... They are ripe with beautiful women. If you live in a college town/city, universities are chock full of them.

Upscale lounges, hotel bars.

From my experience, the ones I've met who are some of the truly "elite" women, I've met during the daytime. They're usually rolling alone, and if they're in business/finance/ white collar job, they're with colleagues on their coffee break or lunch. But particularly for me, being in college, aside from the stray beauty in my classes every so often, the college campuses are prime locations. Both in quality and quantity. Although, if you're not a student, roaming college campuses without some solid agenda and comfort in this atmosphere can throw you off when women are asking you what your major is and you're not there to study...

Yeap, i have to agree. They usually rolling alone and they with colleagues together at lunch. Sometimes it's like having people as bodyguards 24/7.

Yes just in terms of looks and there are plenty of objective measures of this - not just personal preference (I'm assuming they will also have the same chance to have a spread of desirable personality traits as average girls). I think you are probably right its probably true that they are actually rare everywhere but if you go to places where there are more young women - meeting more young women will up your odds of coming across the elite ones

The beach is probably my favorite place to consistently meet desired and high quality women. For some reason beautiful women love to show off their bodies.. and I don't blame them.

Other than that, elite girls are all around you. Go out any given night to a populated arena and I guarantee that you'll see someone that catches your eye. Occasionally, when your fundamentals are tight, they'll come to you.
