How to not be complacent and stay hungry

I don't want to make this long: if you have some success with women, social circle and life in general, how to still be motivated for more and not be complacent ?

It is a little bit hard for me because I work in the technology industry. Most of the guys I interact with everyday are shy and nice. There are exception but I never met that one guy who's an ACE. I managed to sleep with the most desired girl from my work so they and I view myself as a kind of ACE in that group. There's not many beautiful girls either; big brains but small boobs. I cannot find any motivation to even flirt with these.

It seems like my skills is enough for my current environment. Of course as a result my skills actually decreases.

Motivations was not a problem for me when I was a virgin; a pure failure in everything. I use that anger as a fuel. But now, I reached a point where I am not hungry enough to work my ass off, not satisfied enough to be happy, not advanced enough to sleep with as many girls as I want.

Leaving aside the fact that you are focusing on girls from work, you are saying yourself that you cannot even find motivation to flirt because:

How will you be motivated and hungry if you have the absolute hottest woman you can find around and all the others are subpar?

I would recommend exploring new environments, approaching outside of work and going for the women that you really like and are even hotter in your eyes than the one you slept with.

The fact that you think that one girl of your workplace is the epitome of achievement makes me sad.

I think step one is figuring out what you find attractive in a girl, and then go into an environment where you can find girls that exhibit what you find desirable. After that, you move into a place where where you simply try to get to know them and then apply your skills.

Yeah I think my problem is my environment. I want to be give up on this social circle game and have the balls to try cold approach again. I did lots of it on college since it was easy to meet but now I'm back to square one I guess
