Any one here with idea to pick up students?
I conduct cooking workshops and through advertising lots of girls come into my contact. Some of the girls show signs of interest in way they look eagerly, text just to ask stupid doubts and talk more than normal student and even sometimes call to ask silly questions about cooking.
Of course, it sometimes get really confusing to distinguish between signs of interest or genuineness. If one mistaken for others might come at a price. Also there are too some professional boundaries I cannot cross until course run (which is usually of 1 day).
So my question is how to identify whether a girl is interested in you and pick her up by not causing damage to your profession.

I would say stay away from experimenting with social dynamics in your work environment, or any other environment you frequently hang out, if you don't know for sure what you are doing. Go out to practice in places where it doesn't matter if you fail. If you really wan't to hit on the girls at work or such, just start small and increase the intensity step by step. Don't go all out.

Running a one day cooking class is certainly different from being a professor with students for a semester.
You don't hold their academic futures or careers in your hands as a supervisor or advisor do you?
Are many of these students repeat customers?

Assuming that your one day cooking class students are of legal age of consent, and engage you with questions via text after the class, you have an avenue to develop the relationship so to speak. After you address their question, you can make the it more conversational to gauge their interest. Once you have a back and forth convo, then it seems natural to offer to grab a drink later...

"...Hey I've got to go prepare for the next class but I'd like to talk to you more about your (interest, hobby, etc.). If you have time, I like to grab a cocktail after class and wind down from the day. You should come and tell me more about (some specific part of her interest or hobby). "
