How to put up profile pic?

I keep trying to put up a profile pic, but it keeps saying my pics are too big. I am using my phone.

Maximum size for an avatar on the boards is 90 pixels wide by 120 pixels tall, 20 MB in size.

If it's not fitting, try shrinking or using "Save for Web" in Photoshop or a similar program to compress the file size.
