How to recover from bad hookup?

Met this girl a few weeks ago, she seemed interesting, I got her number, she was texting me non-stop for days, we get to a bar, she’s all over me, I take her home, and I can’t get it up. We’re trying stuff for over an hour and it’s just not happening. She leaves and asks for a do-over. She texts me the next day trying to meet up, I say I’m busy, thinking it’ll happen again, I go on a trip, come back two weeks later, text her, and she’s a lot less enthusiastic. Set up drinks for tonight, and she just texted me asking to put it off so she can catch up on some work. On the one hand, abundance might say to move on, but I’m in the classic boat of “I kinda care about this one” and I’m looking for some advice and interpretation.

You can try: "Sad that the date didn't work out cause I was actually pretty excited about you. Text me when you are less busy, we may schedule a new date." And then move on with your life assuming that she's NOT gonna reply.
