How to seduce girl with boyfriend with LDR

Hey guys,

I met this girl, who has a boyfriend. I got to know her via Facebook, to be administrator for one of my pages. Later I asked her to make a logo for the other page of mine. She didn't want anything for her job, so I offered her to meet so I could buy her coffee instead. She agreed, even gave me her phone number herself. I had zero expectations, because anyway I have other girls I meet. But I got to know her boyfriend works abroad. She didn't say this, but I got to know via other means. Now she wasn't talking about him, just before parting ways mentioned that when she has 9 calls missed, she has to answer 10th call. She is in relationship with him for 6 months and doesn't look excited. I invited her again this week to a bar and she agreed, though I thought it was a given, don't know why. I quite liked her and would like to seduce her. I wouldn't do this if her relationship was normal, because Chase says it isn't worth time, but now as I know she has long distance relationship, I think I could have a go. What would be your tips in this situation?

Treat her like any other girl.

She's in an LDR, seems to be showing obvious signs, and is somewhat aggressive in meeting up.

Treat her like she's a single girl living on the other side of town. The only thing I'd say is pay particular attention to not making her feeling like she's "cheating" if she does technically have a boyfriend because that will cause her to re-assess her self-image and she might eject.
