Hello everyone! 
So I am an 18 year old high school kid who asked out a beautiful gal at the restaurant I just started working at, BTW never done much besides making out and fingered a girl once. So, we went out to grab some yogurt at a local place, and we had an awesome time, eventually making out in her car. I was aggressive with her and kept making out with her, it was awesome haha. She was lightly flirting with me and gave me some hints that let me realize If I was a more confident seasoned seducer, I definitely could have laid her. I realize I should have pushed for it but I didn't mind too much as I felt like we were having fun, and my inexperienced self held back out of being uncomfortable, I'm still a virgin and I wasn't really confident to try and do it in her car. I pushed for us to hangout the following day, and she said she could at her house.
I really feel like me not being able to move the interaction shot me in the foot, and I feel we came out of the night where I was in a position of chasing her.
I texted her if we could hang out the next day, and she replied with a "we'll see", and nothing ever came of it :/
Our next shift together was interesting to me because it has confused me. I shot seductive smiles at her everytime I noticed her walking by me at my work, and she smiled back everytime. I told her she looked great at one point, and she smiled. She came up to me twice, once to tell a joke, and another to show me her chipped nail, so I'm thinking great, she's investing. At the end of the night she comes over to me to tell me she's leaving, and I reply with "Oh, i see how it is" she laughed and then I basically asked her out again to which she replied again "We'll see". That's basically the last time we've talked, (yesterday). I really like this girl and wouldn't mind having her a part of my life, I want to turn this interaction around.
My hunch is that I'm probably becoming friend zoned?
I am basically asking for advice on how to turn the interaction in my favor and get her to chase after me, without ruining things by being a too harsh and having her feel like I'm totally rejecting her from my life. Also any input and speculation on anything else I did wrong would be greatly appreciated
My plan as of right now is to compliment her once on our next shift and kind of ignore her the rest of the night to see if I can get her to chase me, to get another date.
