@ZacAdam Has a great point. You are better off going to an LA or an NYC to get your Megan Fox lookalike although it might be of less concentration. I have had an Indian friend from Texas who went to Romania and had a great time, said the local women loved his look. My Pakistani friend had nothing but good things to say about the women of Hungary and is dating a raven-haired blue-eyed girl right now from there who is a dime.
I would strongly advise avoiding the Mediterranean though, Italian and Spanish women who have that raven-haired look are often insecure in their own appearance and prefer paler men.
