myabe its about the writing style more than anything else.....but i usually cant stand any other writer.....or maybe its an ethos problem.....like i will see a writer giving me advice...and feel like...why should i take advice from you?.......any of you guys have the same feeling?...logically i know these other guys are good...but i just dont give em the time of day

Chase often reads like poetry. But I still give a chance to every other writer, though often skipping to the main points. So I'd understand why you might feel that way as some of the writers are unpolished and don't have as much authority.

However there are members I avoid reading in the forums.

Nobody said you have to, Ree. But, you might be missing out on a lot of valuable information. Something I learned when I was fine tuning my pool/billiards game was that if I pick up just one thing from a book, a lesson, etc. then it's money/time/etc. well spent. If you can read an article from somebody other than Chase, Alek, or Ricardus and pick up some information then it's worth it.

Not giving them the time of day, etc. implies that you feel you know more than them or are better than them. That's a nasty mentality to have because you'll miss out on a lot of stuff in your life this way. For instance, I've had opportunities to enroll in MENSA (high IQ society) and I've been administered the Stanford-Binet IQ test by a licensed clinical therapist at the suggestion of a psych professor I had and I scored a 142. So, I'm a relatively smart guy according to these tests, etc. but I don't look down on people, either, because the greatest things I've ever learned and picked up were from people of all walks of life; from homeless guys on the inner-city bus to professors in college and lots of people in-between.

Doesn't matter if I have a high IQ if I'm up against somebody who has honed themselves in some skill or hobby and I'm at even more of a disadvantage if somebody has honed their skills AND is highly intelligent on top of things which is a quality of everybody who has written and continues to write for GirlsChase, otherwise Chase wouldn't have them writing articles.

Hey Richard...
.its not that I think I am better than them..take you for example....or hector...I read your reports religiously....and you are light years ahead of me.....but I don't know if it's a personality thing or what?...but when I read roosh or chase...I feel like they are talking to me....I feel like their life is my life..........i know excatly what they mean.....but take hector for example....,i don't know if its a relatability thing...or a writing style thing...or a personality thing...I usually don't relate......most posts offer solutions to problems I don't even have...you know?.....
It's like ...chase might make a post ...and I'm like....."damn.....this is the post I've benn waiting for"....they even have an uncanny way of being relevant to things currently going on n my life.......
Some other seducer might make a post titled..."how to be the funny guy who gets laid".....I really I'm not a funny guy,and don't want to be...and so despite the fact that their probably a very skilled seducer...that information just won't connect....it's not arrogance....I think it's relatability.....or just different personality...
..allow me one more example ...Sasha daygame is a very skilled seducer ..but he's style is just so energetic ...I don't follow him.....some night gamers and social circle gamers also have advice that I don't relate with...it's just not applicable to my cold approach low energy loner style

Ree,

I understand where you're coming from but it feels a little rigid. I completely understand what you mean; I've seen Sasha Daygame stuff and I don't relate to his style at all but, for me, it's not about trying to copy his style or take what he's doing and make it my own. Instead, it's about gathering information, finding some nuggets that he has to offer and bending them to fit who I naturally am. You need that type of flexibility to really hone your skills in seduction.

So, take that "How to be the funny guy who gets laid," yes, based on that title you may think that because you're not the funny guy that it doesn't apply to you; I would still read it just to see if there's something in there that you can take and add to your arsenal. Styles overlap after all; you do low energy cold approach, I do direct daygame cold approach so while they might not be exactly the same there's a lot I talk about that applies to what you're trying to do, you know? and a lot of what I know has come from people who don't practice direct daygame cold approach.
