Idea: Marry in a third world country

Hey guys,

I thought about it. Getting married in the U.S. is a pretty risky deal. 50% chance divorce, with alimony and child support for life.

In contrast, if you go to a third world country, it’s manageable. They do have alimony and child support too, but it’s 10x cheaper.

So I plan to go with that strategy. Staying in the U.S. for a few years. Leveling up. Then going back to my country, OR another third world country. Getting married.

What do you guys think? Is that a good strategy or does it have some drawbacks.

Great topic and great idea! Although it depends on your ability to make a living in the new country. You should ideally have an online business that doesn't depend on the crappy local economy.

I wouldn't recommend getting married and then bringing your wife back to your first world country. There's a high chance that your wife will soon discover that she her sexual market value is a lot higher yours in the first world and the risk for divorce skyrockets. This happens to a lot of clueless shmucks.

However, if you plan on staying the third world, you are pretty much a king in a land of peasants. There are a ton of blogs on Youtube where average dudes move to Thailand, Japan, China, Columbia, etc, and have hot girlfriends that are way out of their league if they lived in the first world.

PS,I am not saying Japan and China are third world, but in terms of the sexual market arms race, they are.

Good thoughts here from everyone.

I'm not too educated on this stuff but in my opinion it seems like an "off the books" marriage is the way to go. I had a friend that did this and had it go great in his favor when his wife ended up cheating on him (poor choice in girl on his part not poor leadership or relationship management on his part) he just parted ways and no legal shit at all whatsoever.

I believe the term is a "private" marriage and basically you get married in the public's eye with a wedding, wedding rings, and a preacher etc etc just as you would normally, but legally on paper you are both still "single" from a legal perspective and by the eyes of the government. This means should the relationship fail at some point in the future its much less messy from a legal perspective and the man can choose to give her money or not if he feels it necessary. Not too sure how child custody/support goes but it would be treated the same as any unmarried child custody/support situation.

If I were to get in America I would definitely go with a private marriage and in this case you don't even "need" to go to a 3rd world country etc.

Never heard of the private marriage before that's interesting something to look at maybe in future!

But you have defacto laws with regards to money etc the 50 50 split or whatever laws can still apply. Defacto being living together, or maybe even staying the night 3x a week for 6months counts as defacto? I'm not sure on exact laws but basically the defacto laws about money being divided would still apply even with a private marriage?

But the only countries i can think of,

- Indonesia, (religion)
- Vietnam, (language barrier)
- Thailand has too many guys
- Singapore is established and girls marry white men for money too
- Malaysia (religion)
- philipines
- china (stone face is a hindrance, also manipulation
- south koreans (their anger is the worse kind of shit ever.)

Girls in Asia are not retarded much yet, but to do this, just make sure you not actually compensating for your dating skills.

Yeah, I agree that building online business first is important. Although it will take some time to be sustainable, the freedom is totally worth it.

Private marriage could be a great idea! It's like the secret lover, extending to secret marriage.

The law can be money be divided equally in the marriage. But I doubt many girls will actually look up the details.

Looks like you have been travelling to a lot of countries. It's important to know the country well before taking the plunge.
