If a girl agreed to a date at a time but never responded back, what to text?

I recently had a girl flake once on meeting me, then the second time, when I asked her out again, she responded:

"Sure, Thursday works well for me!"

Then when I tried to finalize the details by saying we were going to meet at 9 pm, she texts:

"I'm hoping I can make it, it depends on how work goes!"

Then I responded,

"Sure, let me know how work goes for you"

But then, as the proposed time came, she never called or texted back. This was weird because most girls would call or text around the time to at least say they couldn't make it. In this case, I know I should probably get moving and delete her, but is there something I can text here without making it seem like I'm a loser or too needy?

What I found out is most girls sometimes forget they had a date with me. Let's say I ask a girl out on Wednesday so we meet on Thursday, she agrees but says work might prevent her from making it. The first thing you need is the mindsets :

1) She might flake but I won't let it bother me one bit. Of course this mindset won't always work. Sometimes I'll still take a flake to heart . It takes time to develop this mindset.

2) I can cut contact with her anytime and find more girls. After all women are abundant. This also takes time to get down.

Down to the technical, you'll need to send a anti flake text something like :

Situation one : Agreed to get ice cream. You text her :

" Hey. I'm leaving out by 8:00pm and will be at the ice cream parlor by 9:10. What time will you be there ?

Situation 2: Agreed to meet for dinner :

" Hey . I hope work doesn't have to tied to your desk :) Don't fall asleep at dinner tonight :)

Both have worked well for me. I send anti flake texts about 2 to 3 hours before the date. After all I don't want to arrive at xyz place and get flaked on. Based on her reply ( if any) you'll figure out what's what. Basically keep anti flake texts easy to reply to, fun, and assume the date is still on. ( Avoid sending texts like:

" Hey Judy. Are we still on for tonight? "

Best ,
