If she reaches out after a dead period

Hi guys,

Do you have any advice on what to do when a girl reaches out after ignoring her for a while? I basicly nexted her but now she is suddenly showing interest again. Do I try to move very quickly now or do I just continue with other girls and let her do the chasing?
