Frustration is good. Use it as fuel.

Don't begin with, "I'm going to go out tomorrow and get laid." Puts too much pressure on when you're inexperienced and just leads you to choke.

Instead, start with, "I'm going to go out tomorrow and talk to three new girls."

Then, once that's not so intimidating, make it, "I'm going to go out tomorrow and get into playful banter with two new girls."

Then further along. Then phone numbers. Then dates. Then make outs. Then invites home. Then sex. Etc.

Also, check out the Newbie Assignment, gives you probably the easiest goal-directed first two weeks (probably the hardest part of getting started).
