Improving voice fundamentals

Hey guys I know I haven't been on here for quite a few and some people might not even know me.
I have been told that it's hard to hear me when I talking as you know this definitely affects game.

Any of you guys know some ways to practice voice and tonality?

When I'm in a stressed and energetic environment, I have trouble making myself heard even though my friends who normally can't project their voices well don't have that problem. Thus Step 1 is to relax, when I'm lying on my back with a girl on my side, it's one of the most relaxing situations, so even I am amazed when I realize how raspy and resonant my voice becomes. I've gotten compliments on it from girls much to my surprise as I thought I had a normal voice, 6 years ago I was mistaken for a woman on a phone call, so thankfully puberty has run its course
