Dude, your logistics are terrible! Holy shit! Though... not as bad as you think. You can always do hookups in public/semi-public places. If you are tight with someone who is on the same page as you, they might let you and your girl hang out and hookup somewhere in their house. I had a friend that I would bring girls over to his house and do stuff in the basement bedroom with (always tried to have the girl bring a friend for him). And you shouldn't rule your house out.

About your girls: Girl #2 seems very comfortable with this sort of thing. Outside of logistics, you sounds like you are on solid ground. You should be able to bring her to your apartment. It will be tricky, but you can do it. All it takes is good planning. Figure out your family's schedule. Set a time you know you have the house to yourself. Put the dogs in another room.
