Is it possible to get sexual with inner social circle no strings attached?

I am 99% sure a girl from my inner most social circle either likes or is attracted to me, but this attraction has only popped up recently maybe due to changes in fundamentals.

How do I approach this situation cause attraction may expire of I keep playing it off or I'll just go back into the friends zone, but since I have no clue what she wants from this I don't want to get with her and end up with a sticky situation in the social circle.
