Is Sean Connery the definnitive Alpha male?

We all know everyone here recommends a Bond as a model to learn the the proper traits, appearence and etc of an alpha male. But there's another discussion going on. I think we must talk about that too. That is, out of all Bonds, who is the definitive Alpha male? Here's where the war began. Connery slaps women, not just slaps, he strangles em. Also uses a women as a human shields. Some people prefer this, They say a bitch must be slapped and etc. And they call Connery badass, other bonds like Craig are pussies, as they never take such actions against women. And there's the other side, who hates Connery for this. And they call these kinda actions not manly, but pure abuse. So they prefer the likes of Craig. I'm kinda like stuck in the middle of all this. What do you guys think?
