Is the quick glance an approach invitation?

I'll be walking, looking up and around just enjoying the scenery as usual. Girl will be walking towards to me as well.... just as she's about to pass... she'll give me a quick look with just her eyes literally like that( you all know what I'm talking about ). I always assume attraction and call this an A.I but in realistic terms it could be just incidental eye contact.

I mean it happens all the time that you'll just move your eyes and have incidental eye contact with random people.

In anyones experience is this an approach invitation?
Also, the next couple of times this occurs I'll turn around and open the girl to see their reactions ! Lucky this is a forum about game so I can ask these questions lol

I know from experience when I'm walking and the girl is walking towards me, girls tend to look at your face the LAST second before they pass you by so they won't get caught. I got in the habit of catching them at the last second.

I would also say that if you're in a playful mood or just enjoying the day, it's more prone to invite more eye contacts in general vs say when you're in the zone at something.

So overall yes since girls are very deliberate about who they give attention to

Might be. Or might be just curiosity, or even attraction, but she might not be open to meet ppl.

I deff take that as an AI. Like you say, best to assume attraction. I have opened a few of these and have been received warmly at least, and some have been nervous/flustered. Probably the shyer ones.

I have noticed if the girl doesn't want you to approach, they'll make it clear by looking straight ahead all the way through. In my more experimental days, most of these ones if I opened, I've got a cold response. Now I steer clear lol.

Also I read in a study ages ago that women have a wider peripheral vision then men.
So the fact that she IS giving me that last second eye contact must be a big sign. Because even if she's looking straight ahead the girl can still get a really good picture of who you are and doesn't need to make eye contact.
Back to the field I go to test my findings lol

I see your point, it could be an invitation for sure, it could also be curiosity about something on you as higher said, or just fascination. I mean I've approached girls like that and then they honestly tell you they have a boyfriend and they are sorry, and I realise they probably are attracted indeed, but also faithful and not looking to meet people.

Really depends on the type of eye contact as well. Not sure how scientifically accurate it is, but I always liked an article Mark Manson has on different levels of eye contact and attraction, just search the levels of eye contact.

The idea is that if the glance is not just look and go instantly, there is probably at least some interest regarding what you are looking at. I've noticed it myself that I may take a look at a girl moving down the road but if I don't like her at all, I'll move my eyes right away. I guess if a girl passes by you, and glances at you, there is a pretty good change something intrigued her and you could explore it. The more the glance is like the glance and a half from the article, the more she is probably thinking subconsciously that something good is there.

I can't say I personally rely on it in street approaches though, mostly because if I see her coming towards me I consider it more natural to just stop her as she comes from the front, than waiting to see whether she will give me any sign as we cross paths. I basically know if I want to stop her already, so I don't care if she gives any sign or not.

The only question in my mind is, do you lose something if you stop her without waiting for a glance at all? I think no, because if she is interested and would have given a glance she will receive you happily anyway. If she would have given a glance but is not interested, you lose nothing. But there is also the possibility that she was at her own world, would have never given a glance, but she could still be receptive.

I suppose you could argue that with the glance she notices you first and you preserve some power, but I don't feel it will make that much of a difference in street game if she likes you and your approach anyway, and losing girls that don't glance, that I could have had is a bigger concern for me.
