Is this girl into me?

Basically I work with this girl and she has a boyfriend. She always talks about sexual topics with me and tells me thing she says she's never told her best friends (don't know if this is friend zone stuff. She has voluntered to do shifts late with just me on several occasions however if I mentioned doing anything outside work she either laughs it off or suggests we and other should definitely do it. She has no problem with me touching her (arms, back, waist etc) and she sends me sad face texts of we're not working together for awhile. She never mentions her boyfriend but she know I know she has one. Does this mean she likes me or is it friend zone?

If she's comfortable talking about sex with you it's either because she wants to fuck you or because you seem like a "safe, platonic" dude that she can be best buds with, like one of the girls, because you NEVER make any moves on her or attempt to escalate things.

Does this mean she likes me or is it friend zone?

Not a ton of info, so it's hard for me to formulate a real theory on this girl at this point. But, the way to find out is to make moves, get her alone, and attempt physical escalation. If she goes for it, great. If she doesn't, then you quit giving her tons of attention and focus your efforts on other women.

Thanks for the reply. Basically by sexual topics I mean it ranged from her exes and how bad they were to whether or not I'm curcumsised and whether or not I shave down there. This is what threw me, why would she bring up her exes if she liked me and why would she want to know those things if she wasn't interested. But like you said think the only way to find out is to go for it.
