Hell all!

Feel like this belongs here vs General. This is probably a rather typical "see a cute girl over time, there's a maybe-spark, she won't come out". There's this pretty hot waitress my family is fond of and knew long before I moved into the area. She's my age, has a HUGE ass, but fit everywhere else and seems like someone fun to do some naughty things with. I tried being cool/flirty the first few times I was there (and my family was there.......), but being around them always limited things. She gave me her number, but has stonewalled going out together (asked through text and privately off to a side over the months), even saying she doesn't want to not show up (lol damn...). She's been decently flirty about my physique, which even my brother thinks she was being flirty. (she's Eastern European, not sure if it's just keeping a customer happy or what)

Today, went with just my brother (whose engaged and off the menu) and was able to do some kino with her. Grabbed her hand to see her nails right away (asked about them), felt her free arm while she was reaching over to fill up water (was asking if she lifts; she just talked about doing yoga). Wanted to do more, but the table created too much space (would love to get a feel of her side/hip area). She was quite receptive and there were several moments of silent eye contact between us (was visualizing doing things to her). Didn't notice her pupils dilate at all, but ehh.

Anyone have tips or thoughts on situations like this? How often to ask her out, how to put a ball in her court sort of message. She doesn't really respond over text much. It doesn't seem like she's seeing anyone, but who knows. Not losing sleep over her, but it's a little annoying seeing her wonderful hips (my favorite area on a girl) and feel like it's on the edge of something happening (to be fair, my entire dating life and work life is like that currently lol).

She could just be keeping you around for the attention and validation you give her, it’s either that or there’s some objection you have to bust through.

Well... she works hard and I'm still sidelined trying to get my dream job. She asks about my job situation more than anything else. I'm about to try starting an entrepreneurial venture, which I talked about today, but until there's really results, doubt she'd care (assuming this is the block).
