Hey friends, at last I found a terrific resistance band workout video. I love that you only need one light, portable piece of equipment and you don't even need to leave the home!
Full Body Resistance Band Workout - 20 Moves to Slim You Down & Tone You Up
Seems like a great way to add a bit of "lean" strength to the fitness regimen without "bulking up" too much.
Only thing I didn't understand: can anyone comment on what she is doing at 11:15? Looks like she is using the tension in the band to pull her feet toward her head using the strength in her arms, is that correct? What is the purpose of that?
