Travel Latin and South America

I am considering three-four weeks of traveling to the locations above during summer holidays but I don't know how and where to start

I have little practice with wave surfing and kite surfing. I also like latin dance styles. Those are some things I could sign up for

I have barely met anyone from those countries, and I hope to get some insight from those of you living there or who went there. I have lived in Scandinavia my whole life and traveled to many European cities and one African country since I joined the community. I think it's time to try something completely different

Some travel companies in my country may offer group travels with other people. At least they did pre-COVID. But I wonder if I want to get stuck with people I don't know for a month. If you have experience with this, let me know

Otherwise, I am looking for cool destinations, activities and general information that will be helpful
