Managing multiple women

When you have multiple women around and they start acting like girls, whats the best course of action? Let’s say for an example its you and 3 women, and they all want something from you in one way or another and it gets competitive.

Is it best to take noones side, everyones side, or to just stay out of it.

my first thought would be to treat it like a father would his children whenever they start to argue, you’d deescalate it and make them feel appreciated individually because the fighting is ultimately for your approval

edit 2: OR you could let it escalate until the fumes run out

If that doesn't work and it gets too heated, you could go the Picasso route though. Tell them to fight each other over you. Obviously, with the implication that this is stupid and they shouldn't. You really want to see how that ends?
