meeting the girl after 45 days.....how to go about it ???

I am meeting someone after a long time. We went for 2 dates before. And then there has been a good gap for 1 and a half months. I want to get the yes from this one. Another date maybe from where I can escalate things. But this long gap of not interacting will have some part to play. Need some advice people.

Ps : And all I know upto now is to give the classic "been caught up with work" excuse.(honestly).

Just start over as normal. Deep dive, connect, move, escalate. Don't act weird make it comfortable for both of you.

Yep yep, Tyme is correct. Things only get awkward if you let it feel awkward. Learn to laugh when something awkward happens. Even the biggest awkward situations can work in your favor. If something awkward happens and you can make it no big deal, the girl will feel unbelievably relaxed around you.
