Well thanks again to everyone for sticking it out with me 
So much time had already passed I ended up just walking away (which I'm a bit bummed out by). I tend to lean more towards action over inaction but this girl has a tendency to keep me around longer than what I should anyway. Maybe I'll be surprised and have another run in with her but until then I just wanna get back on the saddle and get back to the skill level I was at before taking my break a few months before the outbreak (which looking back, was poorly timed)
I have her number and we have a lot of mutual friends so maybe I'll end up reaching out to her later when I get back in the groove of things
