If you are just a regular guy who is used to being blown out by bitchy women and has internalized society's "they're the prize" mentality... well put it this way, there are hardly any problems that cannot be solved by approaching hundreds of women, until you become less intimidated and more comfortable in their company. Collect positive reference experiences; grow a thick skin and shrug off the inevitable negative ones. Work smart... get those fundamentals down and work on something like eye contact, sexual flirting, ... each time you go out. Your mindset will take care of itself... remember fake it till you make it and you're golden ;)

If the problem goes deeper check out specific resources such as "No more Mr Nice Guy" by Robert Glover... or post further details on what is bothering you or what you think the problem with your mindset is.

Hmm well I'm not great at affirmations etc so I will have to let the other guys handle that one.

However I can recommend that you regularly do progressive relaxation, this helps you to tap into how your body relaxes and hopefully be calmer in the face of stress. See http://rebootblueprint.com/overcome-performance-anxiety/.

Another mindset that helps me is simply "what is the worst that can happen?"... so I get a bitchy blowout, so what, it only hurts my ego if I let it... sky doesn't fall in etc.

Basically the only way someone can make you feel bad is if you already feel bad yourself and they amplify it... say you realize an error in your body language/eye contact that makes you creepy and in the same instant she says "fuck off, you are creepy"... then yeah, that hurts! But if you are just being genuine and friendly and showing an interest... then it doesn't really impact you. So examine your reactions, chances are if you are feeling butthurt there is something you can fix ;)

cheers, Ray
