Dear All,

I am sharing my experience with Cold approaches in the last 6 months. I have improved since my last post, and was able to succesfully engage 4 girls (1 evening, 3 daytime) into a converation which culminated into exchange of numbers and a date. In my experience approaching a girl during daytime has proved to be more successful yet a bit scary. Principally because I found night venues to be more competitive where often I was not able to generate interest, simply due to the girls attention on other guys. However I always try to consciously keep close to my fundamentals, dress smart, work out a bit and strive for proper eye contact.

None the less approaching a girl during daytime really got me sweating at first. After a few failed attempts once I got to start a conversation, it turns out to be quite smooth. In general the girls I appraoched seemed to be more relaxed compared to evening. However I faced a major bottle neck, I have woefully failed to take the meeting to the next level which ends in sex. Everytime I try to move fast and ask the girl to take a detour to my place as I have a decent bottle of wine to share, it has always been refused. The only girl who accepted my proposal, was the one who accepted after our second meeting, and I saw myself unwillingly falling in the relationship trap.

Hence I might be doing something wrong since I am not able to move things to bed fast, it might be that my approaches are laced with too mch of provider feeling? Any expert opinions?

Hey Ashwoo,

I'm no expert. I recommend starting a journal on the boards and regularly documenting your approaches in detail - that's been my approach. This would be the best way for other guys to see what you are doing and offer specific advice. Otherwise, it's hard to pinpoint a specific reason for what's going on from a general description. Keep approaching and writing. I look forward to reading about it!

Cheers
