It's been a while, I haven't sarged for a very long time and started to get back in. This is my second day and knew I had to do a FR, if not I will not progress much. I normally audio my sarge's and see what I'm doing right and what I'm going wrong.
Somewhere in Central London I meet Keiko
Half HK and half Japanese. She is studying fashion management.
I went direct and convinced her to instant date to a coffee shop. Unfortunately I didn't record the first half of the interaction because I wasn't doing too well and didn't know I will be able to instant date.
I manage to sit her down first and then audio record the interaction.

F: ahh......basically I use to work for Foxtons...........I don't know if you heard of foxtons

F: so I been working there for about 2 years, and then I started to work for my dad, because my dad does development, so I will have a much better future, working for my dad than in Foxtons.
Note: still have a lot of nervous energy. 2 days is not too bad
F: because I um......I learnt all I can in property management and I feel like i can just get into the property ladder....that's my goal.....you know kind of thing

NOTE: as you were sitting on the bench, she sat down first which is good. She put her handbag down, blocking me from kinoing her. I think next time you can say before she sits down, sit over here (and point where you like her to sit) with a smile on your face. That way you have a higher chance of kinoing her.
HB: the other one is doing physics, like Einstein
F: alright, she is not the one that is artistic .......like of thing
F: do you know with architecture it takes a long time to master
HB: yeah yeah
F: I think the learning cycle takes about 12 years to master
F: even if you draw the building and build it, that's how long it takes, to draw the plans out and , I don't know whats it like in Japan, in UK
HB: yeah...it's like really long
F: what kind of sport do you do?
HB: I do swimming and basket ball
F: can you do basketball, can you do a slam dunk

It's past the 30 minute mark, so now I'm going to write briefly on what I can improve on and what I can do well for next time.
NOTE: it's good you were kinoing but you need to ramp up the kino. It's best to push it as far as you can go, as you know this girl was into you.
