FR My first two approaches in months

So, I've been hibernating for a while. I had a FWB who fulfilled my perverted desires and another girl who I thought I could enter a long-term relationship with, so I was pretty satisfied and lazy. The FWB recently developed feelings for her coworker so I'm not gonna mess with that (I'm helping her seduce him, actually, and things are going well for them), and I've been put into the friendzone by the other chick for bullshit reasons a few nights ago.

Although these approaches weren't good and nothing awesome came out of them, it's good to be back.

I was wandering around campus when I noticed a hot Asian chick in volleyball shorts not too far away. I ran up to her.

Me: Hey, do you go to this school?

She was a graduate student researcher doing stuff with stem cells. Cool. She was talking about her research when my cheek muscles FUCKING. TWITCHED. I was like "OH MY WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?" in my head and rolled my eyes. She saw my cheeks twitch for sure. She saw me rolling my eyes for sure for sure. Things got awkward FAST.

Her: Umm...I'm gotta go to the gym now. It was nice talking to you.
Me: Wait, hold up. Are you single?
*****Not good. Seemed desperate.
Her: No, I have a boyfriend. Bye!

She wasn't all that warm to begin with anyway. Fuck my face. LULZ

Later that day, I was walking down the street smiling with my teeth showing, turned left onto a perpendicular street, and saw a pretty blonde walking toward me. She was initially smiling at her phone, but our eyes met immediately after I turned the corner. She smiled even more for a brief moment then looked back down at her phone. I let her pass by. She had such an amazing ass on a slim body. I immediately and subconsciously began jogging after her (this is like the fifth time I got hypnotized by buttocks). When I stopped about 2-3 feet from her, I woke up and realized I hadn't thought of an opener other than...

Her: I just moved to Santa Monica
Me: For work? Or...
Her: For school actually!
Me: Oh cool, where did you move from?
Her: Marina Del Rey
Me: That's quite fancy. Did you always live there?
Her: No, I'm actually from Arizona. I studied at ASU then came here
Me: I see, so what are you studying here?
Her: I'm a law student at Pepperdine
Me: That's pretty cool
*****I said that in a pretty bland tone, making sure not to look too excited. I didn't want her to feel too empowered/special--I'd rather have her continue trying to impress me
Her: And I did political science as my undergrad at ASU
Me: I see. I study computer science at THE_BEST_UNIVERSITY_EVA
*****Why the F did I do that? There was absolutely no need for me to tell her that.

Talked for a minute or so about her law studies.

Me: Well, I gotta take off so do you mind putting in your number?
*****I had to take off because my free parking period would end and I'd have to pay. I should've told her this reason instead of just bailing out.

Texted her but no response. Don't really feel like sending a second text. Whatever, I'll approach more tomorrow.

Also tried Tinder for 4 days. I set up a date with a hot Korean chick, but she went cold after I canceled because I had homework to do. Met a black-haired hot white chick who was into fake rape, anal, and being degraded. We semi-agreed to meet up, but I was busy doing homework and she went cold. Uninstalled Tinder earlier today. Day game FTW.

Lessons learned:
- I was too interview-y. I asked waaay too many questions
- Could have asked the second girl how she feels about SoCal compared to Arizona then try to relate since I'm from Korea
- Maybe I should've just stayed and tried to escalate as far as possible, and pay the parking fee. Sex > parking fee
- Be a little less about getting to know them and be more playful and sexual
- Should have semi-agreed on a date before number closing the second girl
- Maybe apply to become an interrogator

Forgot to mention that I deleted Tinder because I feel like you need to make a real good first impression and move really quick to get results. Even then, your efforts can be hindered when the girl simply leaves her phone unattended for a while because when she returns to it she'll prolly have an inbox full of witty messages. At that point, unless you've really stuck out of the crowd and/or already set up a meet up, you just become another one of the guys she gets to choose at will. This gets annoying because even the average-looking girls get all haughty thanks to all the attention. This is also why I don't really like bars and clubs. Especially college bars full of fratty "alpha" bros. Sometimes I like the competition (I don't drink, and sobriety > liquid courage), but most of the time it's just annoying.

So daygaming for the win, where even a simple smile and "hi" puts you ahead of most men.

I open every girl on tinder with, "Hey (name)!, how is tinder treating you?"

You will either get a "its cool/creepy/not sure why I'm on this". 99% of them will then ask you how you like it as well(if they respond). Then you just relate to whatever they say, banter back and forth a little bit then ask for the #. You have to build up a little rapport through the texting since you're just a random dude that she's never even seen. Once you get the number, text her and follow the regular girl chase texting plan for setting up a date.

Tinder, yeah. She put down BDSM as one of her interests, so I asked "So tell me more about the BDSM" after we discussed two other interests she listed. She mentioned how she is usually a sub to males and is a dom to females, so I replied using the lingo and asked what her kinks were. That's when she opened up.
