Hello everyone! I am a 29 year old guy living in gothenburg Sweden and want to get as many lays as i can.

I am pretty new to this but i wont give up untill ive reached my goal.

So i start this thread to keep me accountable and to see how much of a progress i am making.

So i realize that there is not much people in sweden doing pickup (or maybe just me not knowing about those guys).. anyway i am going to conquer the scene here.

So my plan for tomorrow is to start easy (i am a beginner), i will go to a coffe shop and study there, i am going to complete the newbie assigment and follow the challenges for each day, starting tomorrow.

Well pick up in general has died off, but I don't think you should see this as an issue. At the end of the day: your skills, your life.

Start slow and focus on fundamentals. Do not go for the "juicy" overly fancy stuff right away. It is a waste of time if you are a beginner.

PS: I used to do some outing in your city 10 years ago. Small but chill. Maybe it has changed, but used to be decent. Used to be a pretty cool gay club in your city I used to have a lot of fun in - me and my pro pulled some nice freaks from there. Nothing like a swede with nose-piercing

Day 1 newbie assigment -
So I got a bit sidetracked this day, i figure that for this to work for me ( i got alot of stuff i am doing atm and have problem with finding time) i need to break day 1 into multiple days.

So today i was supposed to go to coffe shop and study and observe + some more places, i got sidetracked as i said and went to the gym instead.

I consider the gym an enviroment i can do pickup in, maybe not spam approaching but more like a social circle stuff and going more indirect.

In sweden i noticed that since nobody usually talks to each other ( its a rather individualistic country, also i guess a relative problem in scandinavia, where you are supposed to keep to yourself, i hate that mindset, that striking up a conversation with someone is rather considered unique and showing that you are a brave person, so i will try to do that.

Was a couple of cuties training there but i did not do anything, just kept glancing at them while working out... i really need some balls i guess.

Anyway i did some grocerie shopping and usually i just dont ask for help, i just mind my own business.
But today i decided that i ask the guy working there on which shelf i could find the stuff that i needed and he showed them to me - minor stuff but not something i usually do, i need to get more social in general, doing stuff like this, just asking for stuff while doing groceries or asking for directions etc to get myself accustomed to doing cold approach and other shit later on.

So yeah that was my day...

Tl: dr - went to gym, asked guy for information while doing groceries, little proud that i asked, yeah now i need to study rest of the day.
Tommorow i will go to the gym again and try to get to that damn coffee shop and do some more scouting.

Still day 1 newbie assigment:
So today i only left the house for going to the garden and water the flowers. Felt low energy today so, still gotta finish day 1 challenge on scouting places, i figure i will do it tomorrow.

Tbh i am scared to death to approach some girl, i dont know why, but i will do it anyway. Just gotta man up and do the approach.

Also i realized today that i am a porn addict, (yeah weird random realization), so i am quitting that shit also and not looking from now on.
Probably thats whats keeping me back for years having low testo and not doing as good as i should with girls...

Tl:dr Anyways, i am going out tomorrow, probably scouting 2-3 more places and checking if i need to scout even more.
For now i got 1 place - the gym.

Day 1 newbie assigment -

Tl dr: it really sucks being a beginner, i will do my best to get girls in my life i even consider doing a pause in my university studies to just go out and get girls. This is something i have to master, i have to find a girl.
I dont get why i am so afraid of approaching i really dont get it. Its like i am a coward.

Ola murv just remember that you are a rookie and it will suck.but look at it from a progress based perspective and you will see small wins which will result in a morale boost for you and will increase confidence a bit.

and also about the approach I would recommend the practice mentality just tell yourself it's for practice because at your stage it is and no matter what happens an approach is a win itself.
Finally do some goal shielding for your ultimate goal.for now all that matters is completing the newbie something and mind the small progress it might not seem big but it accumulates and it helps in the future hope this boosts your morale

Thanks for the encouragement man, i really agree with the progress mindset you are mentioning, i will do my best, i once approached a girl at a library long ago and she said ahe had a boyfriend but i did not care i was just happy that i have approached so yeah i will keep what you said in mind.

Day 2 newbie assigment-
I worked today and yesterday, i walked past those places im gonna use for pickup and i focused on my posture, its really hard to mantain good posture for longer period of time, but i guess i will get used to it.

I have realized one big stickning point in my game.

It is that i dont have a sexy vibe, a masculine vibe/ boyish vibe when talking to for example girls at work
I feel not so horny on the girls, not feeling that aggresive masculine vibe.

Do you guys know good ways to boost horniness for girls, i really dont want to like watch porn or something to get aroused i want real girls. But i cant convey the vibe anyone got a mind hack of some kind??

Also i did not approach a girl, I was tired after work and just went home.

I do get alot of looks from girls when im working and stuff but my brain is just missing those signals, alot of the stuff/signals girls give just gets flying over my head. Im bad at reading signals i guess.

Are you originally from Sweden?

There was a pick up scene in Sweden, I stayed with a few when I was there and met up with a few.

The hottest girls I’ve seen are from when I visited Sweden. Quality is definitely there in Scandinavian countries. Norway and Sweden and such have the hottest girls, if your preference is white women.

It was 2011 or 2012, I forgot which. I met Sosh in London one of those years and was on a study abroad trip around Europe.

He is a cool guy, he won over my study abroad group, I tried passing the girl I laid i. the group to him. She was completely charmed by him. If logistics permitted, he would’ve laid her. But a jealous guy in the group kept cock blocking him lol.

It's been 7 years since I discovered cold approach and from thousands of reps, I've only got 1/2 a dozen or so flakey phone numbers. And from what I've read online, Scandinavia is even more antisocial than the UK. But you are less likely to face aggressive rejections than the UK, so there is that, I guess.

I think a goal of 2-5 lays is a good goal and see how you go on from there.
