Last year I lived in a flat by myself, my next door neighbours were two girls that were new to the country.
We ended up becoming friends and hanging out. They invited me to meet one of their other girl friends and we ended up partying and visiting museums as a group together.
I asked one of the girls, if she wanted to hang out one on one/go on a date. She said 'no' and maybe when when we became friends, she would possibly be open to hanging out one on one. I took it that she wasn't interested and kinda forgot about her. We continued to hang out as friends but I didn't really try to invite them out that much anymore. I had invited them out to go museums and walks but they didn't seem to be interested.
I forgot about them for a while and didn't really care that much.
I got a message about a few days before Valentine from the girl that wasn't interested in hanging out one on one. She invited me to go for a walk with her, just me and her. I was busy that night so I proposed another day. When that day came, she flaked.
I invited them out again to hangout as a group. She replied by inviting me to have dinner with her and her other girlfriend at their house, she also said we could watch a movie together. This would be the second time I have been to their house, when it's just me and them.
What's going on here? Is she interested or not? Does she just see me as a friend? I have no idea, I am just confused in regards to them. Or are they just bored and looking to hang out as friends?
