Need some Help, real quick !!!!

This is what I plan to say :

" We are friends, but I kinda like you, so I want to be a little more than friends "....ok I may not say this, but its going to be along the lines of this...

Basically to tell the girl that I'm hung up over, that its now or never, and if its never, I am going to start meeting other women. Similar to Chase's : Don't chase woman article.

I hope its on the right lines, any recommendations ????

I would obey the law of least effort, and simply say to her:

"You know... I just realised something... " *Pause* Making sure you have her attention.
"You're actually kinda cute..." *with a sexy smile while holding eye contact to build tension.*

The rest will be improvisation depending on her response, and playing it cool. You can then deliver the message of "now or never" later, but in a very subtle way. You do not want to force upon her a decision which may be too difficult to decide, as she may not have built up any feelings for you yet, and probably still sees you only as a friend.
