No, I have major approach anxiety but I have just started the newbie assignment so I hope I can break of it. I have chases ebook(I read some) and have read most of his articles.

That's great man, welcome.

Devour all of the information in the book and as many articles as you can.
There's no real advice for Approach Anxiety than just do it until it starts to feel good.

This forum is great for asking about sticking points or more information on specific things so I'm sure you'll find help here with any details you need help on.

Welcome to the community Octu. I like you, had major approach anxiety, and the absolute best way to break it, is to fall, flop, and flail around in front of women, meaning that, you approach them anyway even if you feel pressure, and make a small fool of yourself. The anxiety dies quite quickly actually. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck in your future PUA career

Thanks man. I am surprisingly not as bad as I thought when it comes to approaching. I approached a girl last week and it went well, but I still get minor butterflies haha

It's fine man, it's completely natural at that, before you know it, you'll be approaching without even realizing it
