Following a suggestion by @Bacchus, and deliberation among the mods, we're trialing increased posting restrictions for the Advanced Board.
The aim is to keep the discussion on Advanced consistently high level -- such that only the most experienced guys are starting threads.
As of now, only Tribal Elders (Rank 5) can start new threads. Modern Humans (Rank 4) can reply, vote, react, tag, etc., but not start new threads.
Think of it as a place for very seasoned, experienced guys to discuss things amongst themselves -- and you can still peer in on the conversation.
General, T/T, all the other boards remain unrestricted. We're just tightening things up on Advanced to make it truly "Advanced."
