It's not as hard as you think. Just eat a lot of simple, easy to cook foods:
-Rice
-Potatoes
-Chicken Breast
-Steaks
-Broccoli
-Carrots
Once you get the hang of it, it's actually quite easy, and you'll really enjoy it. You feel way better, look great, have better endurance, and women will definitely take note
