my title said it,
Nobody has really ever figured it out. Bill Gates and the late Steve Jobs noted that finding a group of people and manage them to work together was the biggest challenge of Microsoft, and Apple inc., Steve Jobs noted that they only learn to manage to work with other people, decades later. This must be idea conflicts and of course, who's leading. Chase was right afterall, I mean i am selfish too, but as i think about it, nobody has ever figured out two things, this two things.
"Right action" and "Finding Quality People and Manage them Well together". What are those two things really? It can be given the wrong meaning in so many ways because it means different things, especially the first variable, "Right action".
I am not saying successful people haven't offered notes but i feel solutions hasn't hit bullseye yet. At least not for now. But nothing is impossible. Even removing slut label and slut shaming. A bit off topic but yea..
