Nofap: how long should I refrain before visiting my girlfriend

I'm in a long distance relationship with my girlfriend and I'm going to be visiting her in 38 days. I'm going to be meeting her new friends and seeing her for the first time in about 6 months so I want to be as horny and attractive as possible for her and as socially outgoing/confident as possible.

I have heard that not masturbating for a long period of time comes with a whole host of benefits. However, I have heard that exactly 7 days without masturbation brings the highest levels of testosterone. Do you guys think I should wait just the 7 days before or should I start now?

I'm curious where you heard this; I've experienced similar results, so I'm wondering if you have found a study somewhere that shows this. I would love if you didn't mind sharing it!

Not masturbating for a few days and being extra horny is a great way to ramp up your sexual desire for your significant other. That being said, the one thing you do want to be most conscious of is that you should absolutely seek to give her at least one orgasm the first time you have sex with her when you see her. What's more important here is that she remembers why she fell hard for you (because you gave it to her hard between the sheets)!

Sometimes being extremely horny can lead to you finishing before she does. Just make sure to take this into consideration and find a way to get her off as well. Eating her out before you go inside her is one good way to do this -- if you're especially horny from not masturbating for awhile, you'll find that eating her out can be exceptionally fun.

(NOTE: Although I would note that there definitely is a "small" amount of ramp-up from my experience; I'm definitely more horny on say, Day 4 or Day 5 post-ejaculation as opposed to Day 0 or Day 1 shortly after ejaculating. But there is indeed a huge spike around Day 6 that lasts through Day 8, with Day 7 likely being the peak as the data seems to suggest!)

I find even if you fap day of (I recommend at least waiting 2-3 days though) and keep same mentality and take some liquid cialis you'll be good to go.. Or at least its worked for me..
