Number Flaking

Is there a way to get more solid assurance from numbers that you receive? I find it happening that even when the woman offers up her number to keep in touch, there is still flakiness. Even after an engaging conversation. Is there something else that I can probably do to make it more solid and more likely that she responds?

How about in situations where its unfeasable to move the girl (ie a bus or a train)? Or when you approach working women (servers, waitresses)?

Yes, you have given me some worthwhile tips. I will give those a shot.

Still have alot to improve on in the fundamentals but life would just fly by if I just waited to get them all fixed before approaching.
